Many of the procedures we do are covered by insurance. After your initial consultation, we will contact your insurance company for the necessary pre-approval and pre-certification on those procedures which we determine to be insurance covered. We also will file your insurance claim forms.
Please remember that insurance companies do not always cover all the costs involved. It is the patient's responsibility to know their specific benefit plan.
Fees for an aesthetic procedure and those procedures not covered by insurance are payable one week in advance of the surgery. At the conclusion of your initial consultation, you will be provided with a cost estimate of your proposed procedure(s) by one of our staff.
At your initial check-in, our receptionist will collect the aesthetic consultation fee or any co-pay amount required by your insurance. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.
If you desire financing, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork from a finance company. For confidentiality, the paperwork is done between you and the finance company. The finance company is one that specializes in cosmetic procedures.
