Meet Mattie:

Hello! My name is Mattie and I'm a registered nurse at Plastic Surgery Associates of SD. I began my career working bedside in the oncology, organ transplant and bone marrow transplant in 2017. I spent a year in Arizona travel nursing in 2021 during the COVID-19 crisis but eventually found my way back to Sioux Falls!

My primary role at PSA is to assist in our clinic with our surgical patients from consultation to recovery. The other part of my role is in our Medical Aesthetics Spa performing a variety of services such as injections, lasers, chemical peels, and personalized skincare consultations. I love the variety of my position and getting to help patients look and feel their most beautiful and confident.

In my free time I try and travel as far and as often as possible! I love seeing new places and meeting new people but, I especially enjoy trying cuisines from around the world. I have yet to find a beach I didn’t love! When I’m not traveling, I enjoy spending time with my family back home in Nebraska.

I had an wonderful experience today. I'm originally from South Dakota, but am recently back from Dallas and SoCal after two decades, fretting over a med spa to find. You need not worry. I got the best service and treatment today at the office. This was actually the first time I absolutely felt nothing when the Dysport went in! :red_heart:

Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. Very knowledgeable in answering questions and organized. I was nervous when I arrived but soon became very confidant with my decision in choosing Plastic Surgery Associates for my care. I highly recommend them and would definitely return for any further needs of my own. It is a beautiful facility as well, easy to find and convenient parking.
