Plastic Surgery Associates of South Dakota

When scheduling an insurance-based surgical consultation, we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment spot. At your initial check-in, any co-pay amount required by your insurance will be collected. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.

When scheduling a cosmetic surgical consultation we require a $125.00 deposit to reserve your appointment time. This amount will be refunded if you cancel your appointment no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you schedule surgery, this amount will be deducted from your surgical quote.

At the conclusion of your initial consultation, you will be provided with a cost estimate of your proposed procedure(s). Fees for a cosmetic surgery or any procedures not covered by insurance are due no less than two weeks in advance of the scheduled surgical date.
