If you want to pay your bill today or set up a payment plan, you can enroll in a monthly payment schedule and never worry about missing a payment or you can make a one-time payment today! This option is available for balances due after your insurance has paid or full payment can be made for upcoming cosmetic procedures.
Financing
If you desire to finance, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork from a finance company that specializes in cosmetic procedures. For confidentiality, the paperwork is done between you and the finance company.
CareCredit is a credit card designed to help you finance your health, beauty, and wellness expenses by providing a way to pay for the treatments and procedures you want — for yourself and your family — right away (subject to credit approval).
No Interest if Paid in Full within 6 Months*
On qualifying purchases of $200 or more made with your CareCredit credit card account. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional purchase is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum Monthly Payments are required. Required monthly payments may or may not pay off purchases before the end of the promotional period.
*No interest will be charged on the promotional purchase if you pay the promotional purchase amount in full within the 6-month promotional period. If you do not, interest will be charged on the promotional purchase from the purchase date. Insurance
Many of the procedures we perform are covered by insurance.
After your initial consultation, we will contact your insurance company for the necessary pre-approval and pre-certification on those procedures which we determine may be covered by your insurance company. We also will file your insurance claim form for the approved procedures.
Please remember that insurance companies do not always cover all the costs involved. It is the patient’s responsibility to know their specific benefit plan.
Payment
Policy
When scheduling a consultation, we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. This card will be charged $125.00 at the time of scheduling your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior or if you are a no show, this payment is non-refundable. At your initial check-in, our receptionist will collect the consultation fee or any co-pay amount required by your insurance. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.
When scheduling an aesthetic consultation we require $125.00 to reserve your appointment time. This amount will be refunded if you cancel your appointment no less than 48 hours prior. If you schedule surgery, this amount will be deducted from your surgery quote.
Fees for an aesthetic procedure and those procedures not covered by insurance are payable two weeks in advance of the surgery. At the conclusion of your initial consultation, you will be provided with a cost estimate of your proposed procedure(s).
